Leanteligence Training ("we," "us," or "our"), a program of Leanteligence LLC, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through training.leanteligence.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Leanteligence Training is a youth soccer development program operating in Summerville, South Carolina. Leanteligence Training does business as a program of Leanteligence LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide to us through our inquiry and registration forms. This includes:

• Parent or guardian first and last name
• Parent or guardian email address and phone number
• Player's first name, last name, and date of birth
• Emergency contact name and phone number
• Relevant medical or allergy information you share to support your player's safety
• Signed waiver and code of conduct acknowledgments
• Any additional information you share in a notes field

During training sessions, we may take photographs or video of players participating in training. These may be used for internal review, coaching purposes, and, with your consent as indicated during registration, program promotion.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, register players, communicate with families about training schedules and program updates, respond safely and appropriately to medical or emergency situations, maintain records required for our operations, and improve our services and website.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate our business:

• Tally (tally.so) — collects inquiry and registration form submissions
• Airtable (airtable.com) — stores registration and family records
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our business email
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosts our website
• Twilio (twilio.com) — routes phone calls to our business number; voicemail messages left when we do not answer are recorded and stored in our Twilio account

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices and is contractually bound to protect the information we share with them. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or in the event of a medical emergency involving your player.

How long we keep your information

We retain inquiry information for as long as you may reasonably be interested in participating in the program. Registration records for players who have participated in training are retained for reasonable business and legal record-keeping periods. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us at tim.johnson@leanteligence.com, and we will do so unless retention is required by law.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.

Children's privacy

Our website and program communications are directed at parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through our website. Information provided about a child during registration is provided by a parent or legal guardian and treated with the same protections described in this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at tim.johnson@leanteligence.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but work to protect your information in accordance with reasonable industry practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
