These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of training.leanteligence.com and any related services provided by Leanteligence Training, a program of Leanteligence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.
Leanteligence Training is a youth soccer development program operating in Summerville, South Carolina, doing business as a program of Leanteligence LLC. Our website provides information about our program and a way to inquire and register. Participation in training is separately governed by our registration paperwork, waiver, and code of conduct, which each family completes and acknowledges before participation.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, program descriptions, and design — is the property of Leanteligence LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Participation in Leanteligence Training is subject to completion of registration paperwork, including a signed liability waiver and acknowledgment of our code of conduct. These documents govern the terms of participation and are separate from these website Terms. Registration is not confirmed until all required forms are completed and any applicable fees are paid.
We may take photographs and video of players during training sessions for internal review, coaching purposes, and, with parent or guardian consent as indicated during registration, program promotion. Consent preferences are collected at registration and can be updated by contacting us.
Leanteligence Training is a development program. We work to improve player skill, awareness, resilience, and confidence, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to team roster selection, scholarship offers, tournament results, or advancement to any specific level of play. Athletic development depends on many factors outside our control.
Soccer is a physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. By registering a player for training, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Specific risk disclosures and liability terms are set forth in the waiver signed at registration.
In the event of a medical emergency during training, we may seek emergency medical care for a player and will contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible. Parents and guardians authorize us to take reasonable action to protect the player's safety in an emergency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
